Accessibility
The Unite Search Marketing website has been designed and built to comply with as many of the current accessibility guidelines as possible. This is important as the same standards that allow us humans easy access to website contents also work for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
This Unite Search Marketing website uses relative font sizes in the vast majority of instances which is compatible with user-specified 'text size' options available in most browsers.
A standard font has been used throughout in the body text. It is Verdana for easy legibility.
No information is solely conveyed using colour. This does not infer that colour is not used to organise information, instead it means there are also other, non-colour dependent ways of doing so.
Our pages are designed to fit the vast majority of business user's window sizes. This means that the Unite Search Marketing website is viewable at a variety of popular screen resolution settings.
All images, as appropriate, have an alternative text attribute. This means that when the image conveys important information its content is described with an alternative text.
We have specifically complied with:
Priority 1 guidelines (www.w3.org) of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and, where possible, Priority 2 guidelines (www.w3.org)
The DDA's (www.disability.gov.uk) new Code of Practice (www.rnib.org.uk) on 'Rights of Access: Goods, Facilities and Services'.
If you have difficulty accessing the site or have any comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to 'get in touch' by emailing us at: webmaster@unitesearchmarketing.com
