CDMS expands with Transactis takeover
Direct marketing agency CDMS has expanded its digital operations by taking over Transactis.
Transactis will continue operating under the same name with the same management and is expected to bolster CDMS´s digital business.
Working both ways, the deal will allow the newly acquired firm to offer its clients a full range of digital services including directly-targeted marketing, digital print advertising and multi-platform operations.
CDMS chief executive Stephen Clark said: "The ability to offer a truly end-to-end proposition in direct marketing services is an exciting proposition to be involved in."
He added that the combined efforts of the two firms will improve the speed with which campaigns can be launched as well as increasing their effectiveness.
Mr Clark concluded: "I´m looking forward to getting this new opportunity into the marketplace."
Transactis is a provider of transactional data and monitors the buying habits of both online and offline consumers.
